About Navy Seaport-e

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. NAVSEA orchestrates this using a web-based e-business procurement portal. KPSoft is pleased to offer extensive industry knowledge, proven best practices, and applied cost savings initiatives to all Virtual SYSCOM activities as a prime SeaPort-e vendor. KPSoft is qualified to operate in Zone 2, in the following functional areas:

  • Functional Area 3.5: System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support
  • Functional Area 3.6: Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support
  • Functional Area 3.10: Configuration Management Support
  • Functional Area 3.11: Quality Assurance Support
